Nice work OP!
Do you think a little safety wire on the V-band clamps will help in keeping the IC couplers from being blown apart during high boost? It is a cheap fix and it is what I used to do when I worked on Aircraft. Just wanted to through in an idea to see if it would apply to your build.

With the IC piping being beed rolled, there is no chance of the couplers sliping off, even in high boost applications. The clampst are all stainless T-bolt as well, none of that cheap worm gear crap you see on every other kit.

I am not sure what you are refering to. IC couplers are on the intercooler piping and the V-band is on the exhaust.

I am also making all the oil lines stainless steel braided. So, the lines from turbo to scavenge pump, and from scavenge pump to oil pan will all be stainless braided with -6an fittings. It will bolt right up, no messing around with worm gear clamps and cheap hoses.
Stainless steel hoses also eliminate the chance of being kinked. I had a bad experience with this and wold not want anyone else going through it. Belw my turbo seals because the line got heated up and kinked on a tigh radius bend.

boosted, things are really looking great. I am looking forward to installing this kit and seeing what this kit can do on a built motor.

If that is not enough there is the big brother:
1950 CFM's, 1300HP at max efficiency 2.0 psi pressure drop.
Overall Size 26.50" X 15.00" X 3.50"
Core Size 25.00" X 9.00" X 3.50"
I can't wait untill MI 35th gets this mounted and Hal@IP tunes it. I am sure there will be a video.
Looks like the final price will be lower than anticipated as well.

The air filter will sit just under the starter.
Not sure what you mean by "map tune".
I was thinking about it, I have a shear and brake at work and would be able to do it. Just don't have the time to be honest.
