Ditto, if this comes out soon, I'll pick it up. I've been a vortech fan since I knew the word supercharge. Hehe.

Looks gorgeous. And, if it puts down ~350rwhp, my quest is over.

Will it carry the 3 year limited warranty?

Common Steve, there is no such city as "Channel Islands!" You are in Oxnard just like me!

BTW, I thought you guys were going to contact me? Oh well, if you need another Z for any other pre production work, let me know.

Cool. Vortec super charger works very well in Comptec's S2000, and hopefully will do well with 350Z too.

Knowing Vortech, it will be a centrifugal type. They don't have any Roots from what I recall. The S trim is a centrifugal blower and I would assume that is what they would use.....

The more I think about going FI on my Z I am liking the supercharging a lot more. I think I am going to have to get this kit, depending on what they do for fuel management.

I used to run a vortech sfmu on a turbo car, it was a really great product!

Comptech actually uses the Paxton Novi head unit, for the S2000.

But, Vortech is an centrifugal type compressor, most likely this kit will carry a 3 year warranty since it is not a shaft driven system.

On HP, I can't speculate if it'll post better numbers than the ATI, but I do know I'd much rather have a Vortech product.

I can't wait to see what it'll do.
Vorthech usually goes for good solid HP (right around 100 ti seems)numbers I think they have one for the civics that bumps HP by more than 100 and thats on a 1.6 liter... I have to say I would rather have a vortech than an ati... just simply the rep can pull you to their side...

I've had great experiences with Vortech on small-block Ford V-8s...this has me excited!

My bad. I did read an article about Vortec supercharged S2000, which has 350+ hp. Cannot waite to see what Vortec can do with 350Z.

Although, if this thing has the nasty belt squeel that the ATI seems to exhibit on startup for a few minutes...I'm going Turbo.

As we get closer to releasing it, I will be able to give out bits and pieces of information. Right now I can't. The supercharger will have a three-year warranty.

1. When is the release date?
2. What type of fuel management system are you going to use?
3. The 3 year warranty, is that for the kit only or does the motor get coverage as Stillen does?
4. Call me regarding another issue, phone number is in pm I sent you.....Jeff

Hoping this release will begin a 350Z FI price war between manufacturers.

In fact, it'd be smart for ATI to feature a special sale right about now before the Vortech release date.
