Default ARC v2 catch can routing for SC

After experiencing what seemed to be some blowby, my pcv valve was replaced and the routing to my Arc catch can changed. A new Cosworth plenum (so far no leaks)was installed at the same time and there was an extra check valve and brake booster hose (b/c already installed). So the installer rerouted the hosing for the catch can. So far, so good, with no visible blowby and performance is the same as the previous routing.

What do you guys think of the current routing?

Previous routing setup:

also cleaned up the car and some 3m polish buff and Blackfire sealant (some dust was on the car when pictures taken:

And cleaned 3 year old Amuse exhaust and applied Blackfire all metal sealant:

Looks like it will work just fine. Only downside that I can see is that oil from the PCV valve will go into both your brake booster line and your intake manifold... Also looks like you are relying on the stock PCV to prevent boost from getting into the crankcase, which may or may not be a reliable long term solution (tendency to let boost through after a time)...

What do I think? I don't know much about the catch can, but I'm jealous of your exhaust!

Hey jonny in your 1st pic does the larger diameter hose coming out of the left hand side of the catch can, go to the rear breather on the right rocker cover, next to the fire wall?

Vortech does it by tapping into the SC intake rather than taking vacuum from the plenum and BB. Other than that, you're options are check valves. The stock PVC is not a very heavy duty check valve, so someone people just add another one inline.

Also, can you type out the routing? I must be blind cause I can't figure out your routing. Thanks!

I'm confused with this setup of yours johnny.

You have it almost hooked up like the stock system where the hose from the crankcase to plenum is still connected with 1 hose. You've also added a T piece for the brake booster line?

Not sure why you used the brake booster line in the routing?

imo, your previous setup looks more beneficial, expect i can't see that there was any hosing back to the plenum in this setup, which may have been your problem?
