no picture vince.

and i'm not sure if it's because i was tuned on a DD instead of a DJ but 4th and 5th were close enough together that i couldn't tell the difference on mine.

I guess if it's inertia based like a DJ then the gearing of the car would determine the load on the engine where as a DD is a load based dyno so it can keep the load constant. In that case you would have a faster spool on the DJ when using a higher gear due to the increased load, correct?

^^^ Yes sir... I typically tune in 4th and then verify in 5th gear. I will be doing more testing as we just acquired a Mustang dyno so i will be able to do true Mustang vs Dynojet comparisons...

Also the pic hosting was giving me issues so i just added a link..

regardless, peak trq is still at the same rpm.. the OP's car is making boost appropiate power, just lagged.
Same rpm for peak trq

compared to the OP's peak trq 800 rpms later

Here's a pic of a gasket from one of the hot pipes. Looks like a leak. I replaced that gasket and retightened all the bolts. i was able to get 3/4 to a full turn on every bolt i touched including the 4 bolts on the t4 flange and the 3 bolts at the end of each header. It definitely seems to respond better but it was hard to tell because when i took it out for a test drive, it was like 40 degrees out and i was seeing 11.3 psi instead of 10 like i usually do. I also saw my afr's go into the low 12's which i never saw before. Normally i always saw 11-11.4.

It is always a good idea to re-torque down the hot side once or twice after you heat cycle it a bunch. Certain things like to warp, seat or straighten. Sometimes this causes leaks like the one you just found. Good find and best of luck! I hope it fixes it!

+1 on this

also, did you check the 3 bolt flanges? those seem to be the most problematic since they are in a tough location to get them tight.

I would consider a larger turbine housing at this point as well. At least the .68 a/r.
