Yea i was just curious to see what you had your spring pressure and duty cycle set at. Im not sure if it was because of my exhaust leaks or the cold weather, but i had to trun my duty cycle down from 45 to 25 to make the same boost cuz with the settings not changed i was making almost 2 more psi.

You guys have two different springs in the wastegates. Vas has a .6 bar (8.82 psi) spring and you have a .5 bar (7.35 psi) spring. The .5 bar is the standard spring I send out, unless a customer requests a different spring.

If you had to change your duty cycle by that much, you have eliminated most if not all of your exhaust leaks.

Son of a ***** Brian, that's awesome! You've been wanting to turbo that car since day 1!!

This is my little custom creation from last winter for a local guy, currently back in my shop getting a lower mileage motor, a haltech, and getting rid of that god awful looking temporary fmu bracket : Name: Fin.jpg

Running an FMU with a converted return style fuel system we were maxing out the Maf in 3rd gear around 9psi, so I've got a good race for ya' in the spring once the Haltech goes in

No problems with that EBC? We're running an AEM tru-boost and it's been nothing but problems, waiting on a different spring though for the evolution wastegate before I throw it in the trash & put an MBC on it.

I'm assuming the motor is still running good?

Read somewhere that this kit is a no-go with an auto Z. This still the case?

Forgot about this one. Another dyno showing that headers do go a long way, and that the kit does make power, even with all those exhaust leaks.

yep, because the trans is larger so it will require new piping. He hasn't had an automatic donor car to make a kit from so no kit so far.

Will it be possible to make a dual intercooler (similar to JWT/s TT) for this kit? I like this kit! I also like the twin intercooler look on an 06 G35 Sport bumper. Just curious if the longer intake pipes w/ twin intercooler would hinder performance.

Anything is possible. However, to do it right I would need a G35 for proper fitment.

Sasha, you've got PM.
Do you have a tuner kit in stock?

Has anyone done any true track (road course) testing with this kit? Just asking because of the exhaust being so close to the transmission. Any problems with transmission temperatures?

All the ST kits have the same crossover pipe, I don't recall it ever being a problem on any car. You can always ceramic coat, or heat wrap that one pipe if it is a concern.

mine has been ran to death in 105* actual temps with no issues. I added header wrap to the cross over pipe after running the kit for a while just in case.

With the airflow under the car i would see it being very hard to heat up a transmission to a poitn where it becomes a problem.

Binder have you had the chance to drive through big puddles of water with the kit yet? Here in MA we get really really deep puddles after rain and there have been times where it comes up to the top of my side skirts on my RSX.

BP I also sent you a pm about another question about your kit.
