my car is going back in the hands of Hills Garage, for a fuel sys upgrade.. basically, the 255 WB will feed a custom made fuel sump tank fitted with either a Bosch or Deatchwerks fuel pump directly feeding fuel to my DW 1000cc Injectors..

Is there any problem running the Aeromotive and DW pumps at very low pressure, maybe 1-3 psi? I will only be using one to keep an external surge tank filled, and there will be a fuel return line from the surge tank back to the fuel tank.
Here is a drawing of the setup:

shouldnt a walbro be able to provide more then enough fuel for a swirl pot? or mayby even the stock pump since the pressure pump is returning unused fuel to the swirl pot? considering this exact type of setup using a magnafuel 625, ends up being slighty cheaper then a dual intank and support more power. now if i could just find someone to ship me e85 to oahu for a semi decent price lol sorry for the slight thread jack

there'd be no problem. probably adviseable, depending on how big of an external pump you are going to use. If I was gonna use that kinda fuel setup, thats how I'd do it, along with a weldon 2345 or Aeromotive Eliminator

I have an SX fuel pump I bought a couple of years ago, so I'll be using that for the external fuel pump. It is more than adequate (though a bit noisy from I have been told). I'll mount it using rubber grommits to provide some noise isolation.
I am going this route because on my last setup, the Walbro sucked the stock internal swirl tank dry on a number of occasions when running Sebring and I leaned out. This setup should cure that issue. The external tank should provide a nice reserve after the stock swirl tank runs dry.

Alternatively, just bump the voltage under boost? I'd like to see the DW and Aeromotive pump data at different voltages. Enough to reach xxx whp on E85 with one pump?
