Default HKS FCON Pressure sensor replacement

i have a faulty hks pressure sensor, that needs to be replaced however it cost $260 on HKS usa website. However on ebay they have replacements for 30 bucks. has anyone had experience with an Ebay brand pressure sensor for the Fcon???

heres a link to the Ebay pressure sensor.

the HKS map sensor is a rebranded denso unit. Any pressure sensor will work however you will need to update the fcon map with the correct values for that sensor.

It may be easier to just buy a replacement than to pay for the sensor and the pro dealer to modify the pressure sensor calibration values in the map.

Downside of a locked EMS. Too bad. On the other hand, your tuner may adjust the calibration table for free.

That does not look like the hks one. You said you have a failed one why don't you search for the part number that is stamped on it?

FYI the Denso part# is 949940-6420 and HKS part# is 4299-RA008

If you can change the settings which is sounds like you can, then just run a GM 3bar or something that is more readily available. Although I prefer the response of the Denso units.

Here are some direct plug in alternatives too.
