The correct tires help your axles more than launching style. I've seen axles break from 1/2, 2/3 ect. I might sound like a broken record but if you've got a 6mt and run anything other than bias ply and tall sidewall you're asking for it.

Funny looking graph you got there! Those turbos can't handle the stroker! :P (I bust *****, but your car is still a focking beast
). Congrats man!
What's up with the "actual hp" on the dynosheet? I've seen that on quite a few dynoplots, and I don't understand... I'd imagine that's the estimated crank hp, but people have claimed it's their whp...?
Also ace, do you know what the rpms are? I'd imagine it pulls from negative 4,000 rpm LOL

nice numbers.
what gear did you do those pulls in? with that speed it looks like a 5th gear pull.
also, there is no reason to go to an even colder plug. I'm mid 600's on -6 heat and i'm pretty sure a lot of guys above 800hp are -6 or -7 plug. Depending the boost pressure and plug gap maybe you are getting spark blow out but that won't be fixed by a colder plug.
about the tq being higher. I'm not saying there is a restriction but almost always when the tq is higher than hp that means there is an exhaust restriction. Usually the turbine but in my case it was the muffler. That's why the smaller ar turbine housings produce more torque (backpressure) and you get better peak hp numbers with the bigger ar housings (more flow). Your hp seems strong until the end though so i wouldn't worry about it. With that larger displacement engine it's probably normal since it would be flowing more exhaust and needing a larger than normal housing.
take it to the track and roll the start to get a trap speed. I'm not upgrading axles and planning on tracking my car. Just need to be careful. I was going to get pro axles but there have been cases of even those breaking so i'm just going to roll with it.

ya its definetly restricted by the smaller exhaust turbine. with a t3 flange and a pair of gtx 3076's with a 1.06AR i think itd hit 900 no problem.
as far as the trap speed im out of commision for a little bit. my nut on the axle shaft backed out on me last night somehow and jumped a couple threads and is now stripped on. Going to have to get the torch out and get it off with out frying my wheel bearing >.>. and hopefully can rethread the threads on the shaft. if not im going to need to pick up a new one.

waiting on getting an axle shaft still but i snapped a few interior shots of where we tucked all the controllers and such.

small update, got the hks 2 step plugs in last night and tossed it back on the dyno, that cleared up the missfire completely everything is real smooth now and picked up another 15 whp and 8 tq. But we found out the drop up top is due to the wastegate spring on the passenger side not holding. Ordering some 20lb springs today and going to get those swapped in and then back on the dyno tuesday! its peaking 24lbs before the wastegate opens prematurely and then is dropping to 18 and then off to 14-15 range so hopefully should be able to pick up some good power with another 5 lbs of boost
