only if he dynos on a dynapak or a dynojet. wont hit 400 on a DD or mustang with a 3.12.

You cannot use a BOV off the shelf. BOV is closed under non-boost situations. A BPV is open under non-boost situations.

after a quick search i see multiple supercharged vehicles running bov's including the syncronic synapse which is what i have 
but if i have too i will sell this n pick up a by pass valve...will any bpv work better then this bov?

I was looking into vortech as well, are most people running V-3 vortechs?
I have gone through the install manual to get myself aquainted and most say tapping of the oil must be done. The V-3 is self lubing, im guessing the v-1 and v2 are better than the v3 due to fresh cool oil going through?
I may be wrong and would appreciate the insight.

OP why do you think the Vortech BPV is bad? Everybody else runs it without a problem other than it can be considered "loud".
V3 is fine, V2 is fine. Install on either is way easier compared to a TT.
You're required to change the oil in a V3 regularly but you have to change your engine oil basically with the same frequency so doesn't matter.
Since the V2 uses your engine oil, technically it would put more strain on the oil and cooling.

i got a reply from synapse about running their sb001 bov on a supercharged vehicle and here was the response.

The SB001 units are fine to use on supercharger setups. On larger air flow applications, or higher boost applications, it may be preferable to use the DV series diverter valves, as they were designed to flow more air than the SB units. If the SB series is not able to flow enough air on your setup, you will experience a bit of surge in the higher rpms.
To improve the reaction time of the SB series BOV, I'd recommend removing the smaller diameter preload spring from the back of the unit. This will allow the fastest reaction time. It should be possible to run the BOV as it is out of the box without any issues however.
