I went a full year in Texas without it in the z.. figured I didn't need it there, that I wont need it here. Atleast my daily 240sx has AC for those really hot days. Man I really hope this bigger piping works, id like to get this back before winter hits, lol.

What about this maf rated @ 700hp from GTM: https://www.gtmotorsports.com/produc...5&cat=0&page=3

Or this is one rated up to 1000hp https://www.gtmotorsports.com/produc...4&cat=0&page=3

What boost/whp did you run out of MAF? I ran out with the stock intake setup and MAF GT at around +550whp...I had to upgrade to 3.5" MAF Tube and made a custom intake setup...

I've since upgraded to a GTM MAF 1000, so that I can use the 3" one piece MAF tube...

First time we were right at 18psi making 533hp on my 850 injectors

After we put the ID 1000s in, the maf was maxing around 5200 at 420 hp and 11psi, after talking to the guys at uprev, they suggested it was a bad maf after reviewing the tune file. After getting this second MAF, its maxing out around 6k rpms. not sure on the power or psi right now.

CIN did make a custom 1 piece intake with the MAF still in the same location. don't know the size of the piping as I do think it was stock diameter. But they are in the process of making one bigger at the moment. Should know something soon.

I'm surprised you got 18 psi with just an SI and a 2.87 pulley without changing the cogs. Those are some good numbers. Smooth torque curve for a Vortech. No knocking? How were your intake temps?

I'd be thrilled if I could hit near that on my build with 91. We'll find out in a week.

And that's a low-reading mustang dyno, isn't it? Should be a tad higher on a dynojet.

Yeah it is on a mustang dyno. Numbers could be a little higher I guess on a different dyno, but im pretty happy with these results!

Just got a call from CIN. Said everything is going really good. Got to finish up a couple things tomorrow and finish the street tuning. He also said that the rpm displayed on the dyno is not the same that was logged. Said the car tops out at 7300. Final numbers were 540/450.
