Cux, still have stock motor mounts

Trij, I'm not sure how much I'm gonna be over spinning blower. I did a couple configurations on vortech's impeller calculator, but we still don't know how high were gonna rev to at the moment. I will find out for sure what it will be when I get the car back. I'm excited to see how your build does also!

Sorry, I didn't read from the beginning, don't know if you mentioned it or not but, why did pick a SC build over a turbo build if you built your engine?

Not criticizing because I have a Vortech SC myself but that is because I have a stock block, if I built my engine I would've definitely gone turbo.

Mostly because I already had a vortec to start with and already pushed over 400trq on stock internals. This build was really never a about high numbers, mostly just reliability..but figured if I have it, might as well push it and see what we get. If I ever got bored I could always sell and go turbo.

Tuning has started once again, but now they are having crazy belt slip with anything over 6k. They ordered a gates belt and going to be trying some different things to see if they can stop the slip..

Meanz, is your serpentine belt slipping or is it the cog belt? FWIW, I've heard that the Gates green stripe belts are one of the best micro-v belts you can get. I went ahead and got one for my setup. Likewise, I have my supercharger pulley carbonite coated. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to fully test these items, but it's what I decided to run with on my build.

What about the GTM pulley ad on? I did not see it in your pics... Or the TIMROD belt mod to help cut down on belt slip?

I had the gtm pulley added by the jackshaft on my old setup.. Need to make sure it's still in use. They said they were still looking at some things at the moment.

Gotcha.... I do see the hole for it in the bracket in some of the pics but I do not see the pulley itself in any... Tried to see if I could see it in the video but it's a tough angle... Didn't see any 'silver' glint of it though.

Could be part of the issue with the slip.

I assumed he already had this installed. With my previous setup and GTM pulley mod, I was able to hit 18psi at redline with no major signs of belt slip according to the dyno charts.

awesome numbers so far man. i hope you get that belt slip issue handled. timrod setup gtm single or dual pulley setup and maybe even the timrod brace he recently put out. on my new setup im running 1 with the timrod belt setup and a GTM hopefully that takes care of belt slip. im so excited to see what she puts down at 6800+ i have such a simular setup just the 928m impeller and slightly lower CR same cams pulley n fluidamp. your giving me great hope once my motor is broken in! .. now get that belt slip handled and break deep into the 5's!!!!

With a TimRod Belt Setup and a Timrod Radius Rod Strut you will Not have any Belt Issues. Can Hold 25PSI+ with this setup on a 6 Rib Belt.

GTM pulley is Not Needed

Little update, the new 850 DW injectors are nearly maxed out at over 90%. 1000s are on the way. Its tuned up to 6700 right now making 530hp and 448trq. Said they haven't even started with the cam tuning or anything. Its sitting right at 16psi. Going Monday so I should have a video of something to post! Anyone interested in some brand new DW850s? lol

Can you layout your complete fuel system here?

As much detail as posible, feed line size, pumps, fuel pressure, ect.
