I've been wondering how it all would fit with a single sided IC and 3" pipe as this is how I would do it for a YSi setup.

Did you rotate the Volute to point about straight down? Can see in the pic's....

After the frustration with the procharger if it will drive to the track make more than 1 11second pass without breaking a belt I don't care really how fast it is. That cog drive on the procharger left a bad taste in my mouth and was really frustrating not being able to get more boost.

Ultimately after I decide to change pulleys and up the boost if it ran anywhere in the 10s on my 275/60-15 drag radials I would be happy.

The Procharger design had belt problems right from the beginning. Not so with the cog on the Vortech kit. The only people that I know of that have had a snapped cog belt was because it was to tight.....

I wil say your cog pullies don't look in the greatest shape. After 42,000 mile mine still look new. Wonder what happened, maybw it was sitting outside?

I'm not sure what happened to them. It's like a corrosion or stain. The whole bracket was like that.

Well needed the blow off valve flange welded on and I have experience Tig welding steel. But I have never tried aluminum so I made a few test passes on some old pipe and welded the flange on. Not the prettiest but it works and you won't be able to see it anyway.

After I drilled it out and cleaned the inside.

Looks Good!

Aluminum is very hard to do, even harder on thin wall tubing.

Did some testing yesterday and today working out all the bugs. Thought I was having some belt slip so used a Honda Civic timing tensioner to make a idler for the jackshaft. Name: 9FEF5B85-36A0-4DCF-AAFD-9FEB26A1C1D9_zpsw8unvogl.jpg

But turns out It wasn't slipping and my intake was collapsing so I replaced it with a hard pipe and now it's seeing 20psi at 7500. But I keep blowing charge pipes so once I get that issue fixed il start tuning more

Bad a$$ way to put together your own piping! Looks sick and making great boost on a 3.33 pulley!! I need to go to bigger ati crank pulley next.
