Saw your vids on YT and had to track you down cause you never comment on your vids haha
Been scavenging for your specs and set up sheets for a while now. Glad to see you have a detailed build thread. Ill be using your build as a inspiration for mine pretty soon. Doubt I'll be as heavy as you but your giving me an awesome trail to follow for power mods for my lil '05.
Any more news on this build? Looks very badass, and very inspiring, interesting intercooler and piping but i read you had a Procharger before so it makes sense. Sub'd and good luck!
Well a final update for this vortech thread. I parted my kit out and the blower went to Poland. I'm in the process of building a mid mount kit for my car right now using a Borg Warner 6673

Copy what sasha did for the oil return otherwise the car is going to probably smoke like a bish.
Sweet! I am too going the high compression Vortech route myself, reading this thread helped me alot when u were procharged.
What trim Vortech and cog/pulley setup are you using and what fuel? Can't really tell from the picture. Shift rpm?
the 550@16psi was on a V2 Si Running 6.78 crank 32/28 cog and 2.87 js pulley And on 93. That was way way over spinning the blower and power maxed out about 6600. I'm going to a 3.00 or 3.13 with the T trim I got yesterday.
My 928 impeller is a lil better than the Si impeller, I hope to make 550 but will be happy with anything over 500rwhp for now with 13.5psi and Methanol injection. Nice build, its impressive that you have wayy more torque than alot of other Vortechs on here with 500tq.
