Default 2003 wideband o2 sensor

I have searched this forum and I'm finding answers that are close but not exactly the answer to my question

I have a 2003, the 2003 came with narrow o2 sensors. Supposedly the 2004.5 and up came with wideband sensors so not a boost/tuning issue for them. I am about to boost. Do I need to replace both my upper o2 sensors with wideband?
I am going to have the uprev tune done. The Innovate Motorsports Digital MTX-L has been recommended, do I only need to replace the driver side or both sides?

I am still running the stock exhaust

You don't want to replace the factory narrow bands because that's what your ecu uses to adjust fueling. It wouldn't understand a wideband's readings. You need to get an O2 sensor bung and install a wideband in addition to the factory sensors. Either weld in (cheaper) or a clamp in one (easy if you don't weld).
