Got the car running today. No leaks or issues as of yet. Was able to bleed coolant. Sounds pretty good. I'll try and upload a vid later of a start with open down pipes. Intercooler and piping wasn't bad. Mounted up pretty good. I had to relocate my oil cooled a little bit to clear intercooler.

Don't really have a power goal. I'd like to see 700 but I think my fuel setup will hold me back. I'll tune and see where I'm at. May go bigger later and retune. I'd like to see 670+.. Have no idea what I'll set it at for daily driving. My axle should be here today I think and then I can put some mile on it.

Great progress, what are you planning for tuning and which axles did you get? Also what were your final numbers with your SC setup?

Should be interesting to see how our cars differ from one another once their done.

I will be tuning on haltech and have Hal remote tune it on the dyno in Charlotte. I have dss pro level axles. Had to get one rebuilt. Never tuned or dynoed the ysi setup. 2fast240 "Ray" has already been tuning his ysi setup. I expect some high hp from him.

Got everything together. Been driving it on short trips to work out some bugs. Pulls very well on wastegate pressure. Think I seen 11psi on waste gate. 3500 rpms and its pulling pretty good. Love the sounds that it makes.

My afr is in the low 11s. Right now. Will not be turning up the boost till tune. Might hook up boost controller later though. Haven't been able to log intake temps yet. Still waiting on my gm temp sensor to get here.

The engine bay does get hot when just sitting. I found out the other night that my Evap line was a little too close to the manifold as it went up in flames. But it's been good now, lol. I might invest into some turbo blankets. Right now I have a tiny oil leak coming from the passenger side turbo. Can't tell where exactly. If I can't find it in the next couple days, I'll pull the engine out and go over everything again. I'm trying to get everything right before tune. Installing twins has been a learning experience experience for sure. There is not much room on the z for a kit like this.

Also I wanted to put up a picture of another tight spot. The turbo is very close to the bell housing of Tranny. So tight that you can't put on the v band clamp. Now it was either we removed engine to adjust turbo over a hair, grind down bell housing, or grind down the v band clamp. We chose to grind the clamp down a little bit and was able to wedge the clamp in and tighten it down. This was on the drivers side. It's something to look for when installing.

oil leaks suck...especially ones next to turbos. I wouldn't drive another mile without fixing that one.

For the turbo/bellhousing clearance...any play in the manifold mounting to **** the rear up some.

Pulled it out yesterday. Found a coolant line that burned through. I'll be replacing this and routing it a different way. I tried to loosen up the turbo for more clearance on drivers side, no luck. I'll just notch out bell housing a tiny bit and not have any more issues with that.

Or just go with a turbo kit that fits...
