Default MEANZs AAM twin turbo kit journey

Well I finally ditched the vortech and went with AAM. They have worked with me greatly to get me this kit. Gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. Just about everything from my vortech build, minus the vortech kit, will be used on this setup.

I got the dual 67/58 Borg Warner EFR kit.
I'm gonna document as much as I can, from the pretty boxes that were shipped to my house, to the install, to the dyno. I'm gonna tell all on how this kit is out of the box. Everything so far looks to be great quality stuff. Looks like you really get what you pay for. Lots of parts and 5 different boxes.

I will edit this post later and write down current mods.

1000 ID injectors
aam basic return kit
Cosworth intake manifold
cosworth fuel rails
fuel lines -8 feed -6 return
CJM twin pump with 255s
Haltec plug and play
Mac boost solenoid
twin disk carbonetic clutch
CP 8:1 compression pistons
eagle rods
ARP main studs
ACL bearings
micro polished crank
balanced/blue printed
bored/honed
L 19 head studs
billet main girdle
JWT C2 cams
JWT Valve spings
Heads reworked with valve job
fluid damper pulley
oil cooler
custom catch can

Over all I'm looking to push this to 700hp. I feel this kit will be more than capable. I've been wanting to make the switch to turbos for some time now. I'm finally doing it!

Here are some pics to get you guys started.

Here is a dyno run on a mustang dyno. 598/540@18psi

Tonight I finally decided to remove the ysi kit. Got the z ready for engine removal. Ysi will be boxed up soon and sent to its new owner.

Pulled engine last night with the help from Taywan and Aaron. Decided to leave Tranny in car. Tomorrow we will start the install of everything. Will have better pics since we will be working when the sun is up, not by my wife's rental car headlights.
