Car feels amazing. Easy to control. The more you stay in the gas, the more it pulls. Love how the boost by gear is working out.

I'm running my new falken rt615k tires. On the blower setup, I could punch it in 1st gear and not break loose at all. On this twin setup, it's laying down big tire marks in 3rd from a nice roll.

I'll try to get ahold of bobby sometime from Cin and use his dyno to see how it reads against the blower on same dyno. The guy I rented dyno from said not be surprised if it's putting down lower numbers than expected.

Put some miles on the z. Seems to be running good. I picked up 6 mph in the 1/8 mile. Haven't put a sticky tire on yet. But has picked up good.

Have a pic of boost graph. It ramps up then drops off a little bit. Doesn't hold steady at 18psi. Still trying to figure that out. I'm running Mac boost controller with vac lines as short as I can get. Have Mac controller mounted to side of Tranny. The vac lines drop straight down to it.

Thanks Tim, I might be able to borrow a tire on Thursday and see what it actually does in the 1/8. Anything lower than my 7.40 spinning and I'll be happy.

Trying a bigger wastegate would be expensive but MIGHT do the trick, or relocating the external wastegates would likely solve the problem.

What do the hot side manifolds look like? If the wastegates aren't in just the right spot, they'll struggle to hold boost smoothly even if the boost controller is good.

This is assuming you have the controller installed correctly.

What's your wastegate spring pressure? If you want 18psi on the controller you'll probably want about 9-11psi on the spring. Too low of a wg spring can cause boost holding problems too.

Sent a log to Hal and he adjust the boost controller output. It's much better now. More flat and consistent. Pulls little harder now also. I need to get some vids up soon.

What EBC are you running? Did he just mess with duty cycle?

Will be interesting to see what happens when you turn up the boost.

Got to take the z to zdayz this year. Beat the crap out of the z for the entire weekend and it didn't skip a beat. Now I can focus on painting this thing now.

Yeah man she's been running pretty good. Really all I need is some sticky tires for the track and I can see what it will do.

Also this happened..

So now she's back together and looking good. All till I heard a tapping comin from the engine. Got slightly worse. Me and tuan tore the engine down and found some new performance upgrades.

Not really sure, but I've been beating this engine for 2 years now. So I got my money out of her. Hopefully ordering parts tonight for rebuild.

I saw you put the TT up for sale, are you keeping that route or going something different?
