Very similar to my old setup. I would highly recommend swapping that RPM belt back out for the Gates green HD. I tried the RPM for a while because it is technically a stronger belt, however it had less stretch and would actually be more prone to slip than the HD was. That is at least my experience and I ran a dual idler setup as you have in the pictures.

Swap your cog belt to a CarbonGT belt if you haven't already. My standard cog belts started to shred and show heavy wear around 21psi. CarbonGT held me solid at 25psi though with no issues. Overall, good luck with the setup, looks like a nicely built engine.

Thanks for the Advice.

I had the Gates Green Back HD Belt for many years, no problems. Just thought I'd try the RPM Belt and see how it works.

I've never had any problem with the Cog Belt. I did use the standard Version for a log time, but a few years ago went to the Gates Poly Carbon Gt Belt.

Thank You,
Tim

That's awesome news. What fuel setup you are going with, CJM still didn't release their updated dual fuel pump assembly.

Tim,
The boys at Z1 were concerned about my little K&N noise baffle for the BOV raising pressures. Ever had any gasket or other problems related to using it? TIA!

Keep contacting CJM, the more people and the more times people do, the sooner he will start building them.

He said all of the Engineering & Design work was done, just needed to clear some time for production.

What OldManZ said sums it up. I've called him and talked to him about it when I was ordering my fuel return kit. At the time I don't think he was quite done with the design but with that being said I couldn't wait and ended up going Radium MPFST.

The DW440 does seem interesting. If I didn't have a twin pump already, I wanted to try it out. (the twins are noisy, but racecar yadda yadda)

Are you using the strut brace mounts for added reinforcement for your bracket brace? Or you just didn't put the brace back on?

tim move the catch can away from the belt, the vapor from the breather filter will get on the belt and cause slip.

Yes, just not installed yet.

Do you mean the Brushless 440 Pump? Yea, that's an option as well, and my be the Best way to go. I will be talking to Deatchworks soon about it.
