I can't answer your question completely as I'm running the AEM WB Failsafe setup via USB. 99% sure the sensor is made by Bosch. Might want to pm bealjk or Conway.

Some questions,

What software are you using to log?
Can said software accept external inputs?
Which exactly AEM wideband kit are you using?

In my head I'm thinking as long as your wide band kit has a controller and digital 5V output, you can wire that output to the correct pin of the BD-9 and then tell your tuning software to look at that com port and pin to get the wideband information.

We just installed this WB gauge & sensor on a customer's car but did not export the signal wire in any manner.

I believe this BLUE RX wire is an analog output signal and you could install it and put a volt meter on it and see what types of voltage you're seeing. I would speculate that you'd see .5 volts to 4.5volts and just double check that the romraider is expecting a 0 to 5 volt signal and confirm the pin and you should be good to go.

We've noticed alot of AEM O2 sensors have failed with less than one hour of use. If you are getting wacky readings contact AEM and they'll replace the sensor for free.

Same questions...

Conway ... probably wont be a digital output (think: IOOIIIIOOOIIOIOIIIOOI) but rather a analog output (Probably what you meant though...you're a smart guy).

thanks for the info, I ordered some db-9 cables and will connect them as per manual instructions,

next step I need to hook up a fuel return line any suggestions on fuel line kits?
thinking of fabbing my own kinetix manifold, looks like a straight forward fab, but id be curious as to the manifold its self, metal thickness 1/8th of an inch? with a support structure inside? to support high psi,

Sorry yea I meant an analog 0-5V.

Does the RomRaider manual tell you what pin it wants? Just because one tuning software wants pin X doesnt mean they all want Pin X. I would double check Rom Raider software to get a 100% on the pin.

Have fun building an intake (something I want to do as well) but dont mess up your OEM intake/plenum ... when you go and dyno do a back to back comparison and I bet the OEM flows better.

Corky Bell's Maximum boost has some good info on intake runners - design / theory and do more research but in reality, you wont out R&D OEM nissan ... only intake that flows better than OEM is cosworth ... but go nuts and enjoy the process.

I got the flange cut (water jet cutting), one step closer to putting it all together, I feel pretty confident in my tig welding and my fab after doing my turbo, but don't mean its going to be easy,

Badass! I've been collecting DE manifold to practice on to make my own as well.

Please start a build thread and post your results! I'm 100% in!

I'm still waiting for your OEM vs. Kinetics comparison ... One of these days I'll convince you!

I already did my spacer vs kinetix. And we know the spacer stomps a oem plenum. So i'd hate to see oem vs kinetix.

Now i really do wonder what the graph would like on a tuned 100% stock vs tuned stock w/kinetix.
