It has Carillo rods and JE pistons with a compression ratio of 11.5:1, and a ported oil pump, and yes the compression ratio is high for a turbo engine. we are running a Motec M880 ECU with a custom harness and retained the variocam and drive by wire throttle all controlled through the motec box. other than that it's an off the shelf PE twin turbo with a Greddy SSQ BOV. if you go to www.theexperience.com you can see a ton of pics of the car. we are running eactly 9.2 psi of boost right now. on the 11.22 run i got off the gas halfway through 4th gear cause it wasn't quite tuned yet and i didn't want to break anything. (been there done that in a rather spectacular fashion and you all know and have seen ). we are still in the process of tuning the car. it's nowhere near it's peak power levels yet. no we don't have the dyno installed yet, just waiting on the contractor to dig the hole. if you want to know anything else post and i'll try to reply whenever i have the chance.

Andrew
So at this high 11.5 CR and >9lbs of boost , I assume you are running 100 octane?

We did not change the kit...well we did add bigger injectors and a fuel pump.

We are also running 116 race gas...
