its pretty much been the 'de facto' intank pump used on the 350... because its nearly a direct drop in. Its been either walbros, or the aeromotive (which is not an intank pump)

Actually, modification to the housing is required for 250 to fit, but the Walbo 190 is a direct fit replacement.

That's why I said 'nearly'. All you need to do is dremel it a tad

So does this mean that whatever psi the ecu is reflashed at, that's what we're stuck with. Is there a way for us to have multiple boost settings? i.e. Blitz's boost controller has 4 different settings...

No you can certainly add a boost controller to up the boost or lower boost. You would need just to add a safc-2 or emanage to re-tune the fuel curve.

great! so how do we control the fuel pressure from the walbro? a regulator of some sort (if so, does that come with the kit)? Please correct me if I'm wrong...but will using a safc2 only work for a couple of months til the ecu adapts or wipes out the tune? Thanks

The Walbro supplies a given fuel pressure for the voltage....I am not sure if Turbonetics is including a new FPR for that yet or how they accounting for it....This was a new addition to the kit so I'll have to call Brad and ask. The fuel rate is ultimately determined by the 380 cc injectors which are being run by the ECU. And no the correction you make on an SAFC-2 will not "wipe out" unless you do it yourself.

Is there a way to post the install instructions like the Greddy kit? When's your car going to be done?

OK, I don't wanna lose my stillen exhaust what piping do I need to keep it? I can't just dump a $1100 exhaust and buy another one for almost the same price, otherwise I'd just buy a twinturbo and save me a few $100.

Not sure how the Stillen bolts up but everything to the rear of the factory midpipe location would stay. A exhaust shop should be able to work something out for you....

I wonder how much heat soak theres gonna be with all the exhaust piping coming around the back of the motor? I gotta see how much turbo lag this kit puts out, looking at the powerband on that dyno chart it looks as the power doesn't come up till the 4000rpm range. So you need to get your car back asap so we can compare from twinturbo to single turbo.
Have you rode in a twinturbo z yet and how much power was it putting down to the ground. If so hows it compare to the single turbo setup?
I've been in Charles greddy tt350z (cj-motorsports....phunk on here) and the power is instant from the low end to the peak 7100rpm range. Just wondering if its close to that on the single turbo setup.
Sorry to throw a load of questions at you but your the only one that has any info on this kit and I'm ready to pickup a turbo kit now and I'm interested in this one but I don't have anything to go on for hp numbers (only heard its about 410rwhp with the right tuner) or solid reviews but they are taking preorders for the kit right now and need more info before I preorder this kit.
Thanks

Well I'd say that the lag is not bad at all. alpine a member here who has his car turbo'd with a APS kit actually drove the Turbonetics car after the Mossy show...heres a link to his opinions...
