Seems like a good idea would be to call Turbonetics and see where they recommend you get it installed. Talk to Brad. He should be helpful.

I thought it only takes 8 to 10 hours to install a turbo kit, what's the hold up?

Definitely post the complete contents of the kit...is the addition of the walbro fuel pump included in the first few kits sold/that have already been sent out? will the stillen black box work with this
on the ecu? It flips settings in the ecu back and forth, stock and etc. It's great for converting between stock and modified. Thanks

The hold up right now is Technosquare. I have a late model 04 and there was not a flash AT ALL for my ECU. So first my ECU had to be cracked then tuning had to be done and tested. They are just making sure that everything is PERFECT before putting anything on the street, I think if anything this is a testament to Turbonetics being as thorough as possible and making sure that whatever they release is top notch.

So when they crack your code that means they cracked late 04's codes as well? ( Production 6/04 is me)

Fred..

You'll have to get a hold of Technosquare to confirm up to which version they are able to flash. I'm not sure when the cutoff is for the new ECU

TS can only do the R4 and R5 ECUs. This is per Brian from Tchnosquare.

Wondering if you got your Z back? If so, what is your initial impression? If not, how much longer?

No I havent gotten it yet. They had to wait for Technosquare to get my ECU flashed and they want to do as thorough testing as possible before letting it go. Turbonetics is VERY good at making sure everything is working PERFRECTLY before its released. That just means when you get your kit it WILL work..
