How do I replace my G35 Coupe fog light/hight-beam?

What is the easiest way to access the back of the 04' G35 Cooupe headlight? I've heard removing the bumpber and other have said there is an inner lining in the engine bay I can remove? Can anyone help me?

I believe that the easyest way is via the engine lining.

Turn the wheel, unscrew the fender lining and pull it back. It's all right there for ya.
