Z is a little faster than G. What are your mods?

+1 on Z > G

With those mods you should definitely be puttin down a bit more than 215 whp, but then you do have a G so I dont know.

Where is mcallen in texas?

Man, the only thing from ur mod that can make extra hp is spacer.
I am not sure about custom exhaust and topspeed header.

Those aftermarket parts from small companies or custom part without proper R&D can lose hp. That's why I only put parts on my car that i know for sure they make some hp or worst not lose any hp

The difference isnt that much. If your really worried about the numbers I would just go to another dyno.

I thought that the Z's main advantaage (stock) over the G is the weight and beefier suspension/stiffer body..not power

Why are u posting the same thing on this forum AND on g35driver.com??? ppl there already explained to u the first day u posted why your numbers are low. To me, it's more to get attention than to find the real reason. You don't even have a dyno chart so how are we suppose to help u? All ppl can do is make assumptions and guess the reason for the low numbers.

Answer to your question so listen up...
1. your auto so your numbers aren't going to be great
2. dyno in the wrong gear.
3. u have only a few mods
4. Heat kills hp and extra mods will always lean your a/f so i'm sure it's not as perfect as u mentioned.
5. any custom exhaust bigger than stock diameter will produce better flow up top therefore give u more hp compare to stock (low end might be less but more top end hp)
6. A dyno is ONLY a tool to measure an estimated hp/tq

Any ?????????????

yea, rather then getting your panties in bunch, just go to another dyno and try it out first. With only 215whp, your car would actually be rather slow. I mean, with that little power, i would think you would be able to tell. This really shouldnt be that hard of something to figure out, to get all worried and put it on two forums. Kinda funny!

Take it to a drag strip and time your car then. With 215/215, you'll get a sh1tty time. If you're putting down more than that, then you should get whatever the average times are for stock/lightly modded G.

Or just race another G for that matter. But the track is also a good idea.

Just forget the numbers and have fun with the car! Odds are the numbers are wrong. Did you think your car was slow before the dyno? People put too much into dyno's.

you think it would be better to just take off the dual exhaust and put the oem one back in..then add hfc and a pulley?

U made the mistake of dynoing in 4th gear when auto dynos best in 3rd and most importantly, u didnt even do a PRE DYNO test sooo why could u possibly think u have LOW numbers in the first place. Maybe your STOCK car was actually 200hp/200lb tq and now with the mods u have 215/215. The assumptions are endless.............. like i mention earlier, a dyno is used as an estimated tool to measure hp/tq. THerefore, its not always accurate.
