Car Looks Sick man much props. Is it lowered? What springs, and did you have to do any camber adjustments or alighment?

mmm 305/315s.. Yum

Out of curiosity.. For the stretch people... Is the stretch intended for the look or an aftermath of running such wide rims and tucking it all the way under?

Yes, but it kinda looks stupid by running a grossly wide wheel with a rediculous offset without having the correct width tires. Not to mention not gaining as much of the performance benefit as you might with a proper sized tire.

It looks good dont get me wrong, but not properly done for my tastes. Just shows you have money to throw at it, but not the sense to give it a classy look and good feel.

Im pretty sure my car has pretty low performance benefits being as low as it sits and if i were going towards the performance aspect i wouldnt have bought 20" wheels..To each his own...your taste just doesnt involve fitment, go lower, buy wider.

Ahhh I knew you had to have some sort of camber kit the wheels looks so perfectly aligned. My car is lowered to and I haven't gotten aligned yet. I'm only dropped 1.2 inches on Eibach Springs.

Because of the offset...he is at the max tire size...even if he rolls the fender. I am having some 11.5 made to fit 305x25x20. You have to have the car measure max in and out.

Those rims look real sweet.

Ill probably end up pulling the fenders anyways because im going air ride.
I am confused If thats the widest tires you wanted...why would you get a wheel with that width that was made for 305 to 325 tires but only use 275 If you are going Air ride...you would have to adjust the rear to some SERIOUS negitive camber, which will eat up your tires every 3000 miles.

Love your setup and mad props for riding around like that. I hope you don't curb your lips it's one of the most disgusting feelings besides blowing a motor or getting into an accident.

Well...I have the same car as you....running OVER 600whp and my car is a Japanese tuner car with 305x25x20 on the rear beating up on a lot of Mustangs and corvette's ( did I say '07 ZO6 )....

If I were you...I would try and exchange the rears for a 20x10 or 10.5 with a better offset....because if you hit the right size pot hole you dont have enough room for the car to naturally camber adjust to avoid the fender....the rims have the wrong off set.

Click on my cardomain page and you will see where the lips should be lined up and thats with 305x25x20. I will post some pic's of my car with 11.5 in the rear with 305's and it sits within the fender . Yes I rolled them.

The advise they are giving you is just to help you....thats how the G/Z family roll

Agreed on the above too. You are gonna be pissed if you curb it by accident and have no rubber to save you. Or hit a pot hole and ruin your wheels and your fenders at the same time from having no room to go.
Again, looks very sick. Just not my taste and not well thought out IMO.

I got the width/offset to get the maximum lip. After i go air i wont have to adjust the camber too much because as the car lowers the negative camber will increase, If the rears are pulled a little it should be fine. The front will clear how it sits right now.

The bottom line is your rims look good.....but you do know that you could get the same size lips with the correct offset?

Good luck with your mods.
