Default LS2 G35 Coupe Info

So for the people saying I lied about my car numbers, here is your dyno from today. 475 RWHP 434 torq. without Fast 102 Intake which will put it over 500. Also I have a issue with fuel pressure. 70 and idle and 50 at WOT. Could not reach max RPM, shutdown at 6500. After fast and fuel fixed will be over 500 at the wheel. For the people who didn't believe me, not everyone lies about their numbers. I will not post anymore updates on what I do to my car so I won't have to keep proving everything I say. I only posted this so I wouldnt be called a lier. This is two of the pulls. Also Thunder Racing did the tune and Dyno.

Thanks for the numbers. However, I think your logic is flawed when you say that you're not going to post anymore updates. You have to remember people can come on here and say they have an 550whp RS4 swapped motor in their Z. What we as a community will do is ask for proof of said 550whp and pictures of the RS4 swapped motor. NOT because we think you're lying, but because that kind of stuff is cool. AND because we are car guys. I think you really need to man up to the responsibility you placed on yourself when you claimed that your car will make xxxwhp then not back it up. That's just simple man code.

+1000

Also people here were asking about the 11's run slip not the dyno sheet IIRC.

He is referring to when I asked him if he had 450, 475, 500 or 515whp, as he has thrown around estimates all over the forum. This guy also has reading comprehension issues, as I told him I knew his setup had capability but he shouldn't throw numbers around until he has them.

Still waiting on his current low 11 second slip, which are his words.

bigcloud nailed it!

Alberto you're right he hasn't provided a time slip yet. We just want to see it! I think he should wait until he finishes the setup then post final numbers. Then he should go to the track to back up the numbers.

Not because we DON'T believe him, but because we BELIEVE IN him. Shoot I'm rooting for anyone to put 5xxwhp down N/A in a V8 Z. It just helps the community as a whole. This guy doesn't seem to have that mindset.

Never Happy
After fueling is corrected with my new return system and tune I will get the car to the track. Theres no one more than I who wants to see my new numbers after the tune. When I brought the car to the track the first time I did not know the motor was running lean until the tune yesterday. Have to fix before bringing to the track to blow up the engine. I'm also having a few cooling issues I'm trying different platforms to see what works best.

I definitely think there is potential for OP to hit both goals in mind. We need to stop being dik and give him some time. Projects like this do not happen overnight and take tons of money, blood and time. He is posting up dyno information to show he is within 90%-95% of his goal HP. I am sure this man works a regular job like many of us and can't spit out 500rwhp dyno slips and 10.99 track slips overnight. Heck most of you guys it would take at least 1.5+ years to get the engine swap into your car with saving up money, parts and time to do the swap. I am sure a yr from now the OP will hit his goals and possibly even add boost to demolish his goals. I would be more than glad to take the 400hp / 12.5sec ls2 stock motor over this VQ REV-UP red headed step child oil consuming engine noise ticking award winning motor.

Fanfoe I believe that most of us are happy! I for one am doing the swap as well enjoy seeing you put down the numbers and time. Hell I made the decision to not do a built TT setup in favor of this. I'm actually rooting for you!! My car will not be a drag car though. It will see mostly HPDE's and autoX's. I may take it to the strip to see what she puts down in the 1/4.

All in all we aren't being dik's about anything we just want to see you succeed. We don't want to see you fail. And I can say that for just about every OG/Noob on this board. Don't take things so personal!! We are all men here and should be able to take some constructive criticism.

I sure will. It will be a minute. Just put in my new Dual pass LSX conversion Rad and started working on the fuel setup again to get atleast 50 psi at the rails. I also had to run two power lines with 170 amp fuse from the battery in the back to the front. One line was not enough, keep the car from starting a few times. I have 3 grounds on the engine and two off the battery now and everything seems to be in working order.

So i got my dyno numbers back they are almost exactly what you put down without the correction factor. 460hp 420tq . Also you need to have a ground on your transmission. One on each head and you should be fine. I have not had any cooling problems like you mentioned on the phone. While they were tuning we had to run the intake into the fender due to IAT readings of 143 deg! but got it down to 104 now. Will be spraying it next week once the trans and clutch are broken in.

Well I ripped the motor out and having it stroked to a 404. Should lay down around 540-560 RWHP and 500 ft/tq. Will have the motor back built in two weeks and my stage 2 LS6 heads are having some custom hand work on it. Will try to fit a fast 102 on it as well. Still couldn't lay down the power even though I was on street tires.

I've lost a lot of respect for this site due to the number of negative people on here. Alberto , I say that we find a common place to run your car and my car. Honestly you wanna see how fast my car is put yours up next to it. I don't lie about my numbers or times. Not only can I run 10s with my old motor, I now have it stroked to a 408 with a lot more goodies. Tired of hearing people talk **** about someone elses vehicle they have put so much time and effort into. I'll be free sometime in march. I'll let you see my slow G35 in person. This is not that I'm butt hurt but to show that you shouldn't always call someone out and think everything they say is a lie. You let me know what you would like to do. TT vs N/a . These sites should be here to encourage others and help them with their questions and problems dealing with their car, not to car them liers. I always take everyones word at first unless I know they are lying. You should to. I'll be waiting.
