They just looked a lot smaller diameter than the stock bolt size. Thought I might have been missing a bracket or something.

Well....installed it last night. It has a pretty throaty sound above 4000 rpm's.
It seems to make pretty good power in the higher rpm's. It does pull harder than my APS plenum. It does look good as well....good bling factor. Welds are beautiful and install was very straightforward. Oh...almost forgot....it has more torque....down low before 3500 rpm's that's where it pulls the best. This does not surprise me....longer runners with this plenum.
