labree's were the way to go on this site last week. i hear ya with the $150 price difference. with all the posts about how great the labree's were im still not convinced that they are that much better then aps. better over megan test pipes, yes. but anything other that, no.

i chose Megan over those, why? because it was cheaper... all test pipes are the same.. to me that is..... and ive saved some extra cash.... and used it to buy a Plenum Spacer..

Actually they aren't the same. Three days after I got my megan test pipes installed, the drivers side is rattling internally. Thats what I get for purchasing a cheap product, and it'll never happen again.

see, the megans are a very fair price. u then have people who love them, and others that have problems with them less then one week after installing. i think just for this reason u shouldnt do it, if ur worried about cheap quality products on ur whip!
dont be confused man. they all have very similar in gains, u should just go out and try to meet a local or two on the board who has different sets and see how they sound!

Quality wise, both are great. If you want resonated, get the labrees. If you don't need or want resonated, get the APS. all in all, the resonators on the Labrees are small, so the benifit they provide are minimal. Both are great quality, so you need to decide if you need or want resonators

Yes they do reduce the "rasp" but to me the sound when you get on it is louder. Sounds good though.

They are both EXCELLENT quality. If you want resonated, get the labrees. If you don't want reasonated, get the APS ones. It as simple as that. Both will fit, both are 2.5", both are great quality.

yes, but if you choose a TT setup, you might as well just get the unresonated APS test pipes - you won't need resonators and they are cheaper
