what do you mean? the dynos done on my car were done when my car was completely stock, and the car never left the dyno when the exhaust system was being put on.

Dyno settings can be played with to increase the gains, an independent is done by some one with no bias toward or against the product.

After seeing the vids and sound clips, I don't get what all the hype was about.

The hype was that it had the stock note but louder, from others posts I would say they did what they claimed. I cannot listen to them here at work so I cannot really comment on the sound, but I will fire them up as soon as I get home!

HockeyZ (Misses the stock note, and his Nismo)

My Nismo is louder than that. The sound doesn't seem to be too much different from stock. I figured it was gonna be much louder. I can't see paying $1k plus to have something like that unless the performance is great.

The nismo does sound awesome, but looks way to stock for me. If this exhaust is even close (cannot hear it yet) it will be perfect for me b/c it looks very aftermarket.

Also any info on how much this system weighs?

EDIT: Don't forget alot of people like the level of the stock exhaust, with this system they can keep that sounds, get some looks, and performance (if what the test guys says is true.)

the sound is a lot better and louder in person, better than the nismo in my opinion. you can hear it in person when i get the car back if you like. i assumed you paid around $1K for your nismo... yet the nismo isn't even true duals.. and how much power did you gain through the nismo?

Ok I finally got to listen to the clips.

It does have the stock note! Little bit louder than stock, but not as much as I was hoping for. Is the test car 100% stock other than the exhaust? No intake, plenum, or test pipes?

Also when looking at the tips from the top they look like they angle out alittle bit? Is the production one going to be like this? I know some one asked for shots from under the car, but can we get those + some shots from the side of the exhaust? I would like to see how far it sticks out.

Thanks,
HockeyZ

It's louder than than the clips play - clips never really play the truth - we all know that. The guys will try to get better recording when the weather an conditions are better....but hey - see the dyno!!!!

Test car is 100% stock - stock manifolds and all!

Tips do not stick out - they are flush with the body - like stock - just much nicer tips! They will be producing a much fuller set of pics after the jigs are built over the next week - for the website and marketing. There has been a lot of demand for pics and clips and dyno - so they had to give you guys something....

Those number a damn impressive! But I would still like to see an independent dyno. I don’t mean to be rude at all but skepticism is just part of putting out products. If these numbers are legit there should be no problem with an indi dyno.

Thanks for all the info you have given us so far.

Sure - it's called going back to the dyno and running the car...

Been there ...done that....results on the dyno below. All testing done on the same day - same car - never left the rack and remained hooked up - pristine test conditions.

Yes, thank you, but I def agree. 20.2 hp gain is quite the gain, and a duplication done independently would be great!
