For the Love of God i need input!
hey everyone i purchased a 2003 Enthusiast model Z.with 37K now.I just intalled the K&N pop charger last friday....then wednesday i installed my Megan Racing test pipes.Yesterday i installed the Skunk2 intake plenum spacer. And im sooooo aggervated. Now i have this whitish blue smoke coming from the exhaust at idle and take off..higher rpms it disapears...i reset the ECU...drove it 3 miles then came back and parked it.Skunk 2 said i needed to reset the ECU that the fuel curve was to lean right now???ima go fill the tank up with 93 here in a bit and add a bottle of octane booster.Anyone know the cause of this problem besides fuel curve possibly??car never did it til the resonated test pipes and plenum spacer was installed and the ****ty fact that it hits the hood so i hadda beat the hood into submission to miss the manifold...input would help very much guys! thanks alot!
water / oil passage leak when the plenum spacer was installed?
i don't know the details of the operation or the location of theses passages in relation the the plenum but thought i'd throw it out there..

i ment JWT pop charger. But ima go run out and get the gas and octane booster..please let this solve it for time being..if not looks like im going to sunoco and get 99 octane 50 miles away when i reach half a tank..til i got my Apexi AFC...this is so gay!
Check you oil.
I had the same thing after putting on test pipes. Mine was burning oil and the exhaust valve seals were bad. Got a new motor under warranty.
The stock cats prevent the smoke from escaping, but since the test pipes are on there's nothing filtering it out.
It could be other problems, but this is what I faced. Again, just keep an eye on your oil level. My old motor was burning a half quart every 500 miles.
