Slight MREV issue ....Driving me CRAZY!!!
I recently obtained a MREV+ ac couple months back and got it installed by a buddy of mine(gearhead) ..Install went pretty smooth and there were no leaks etc.(we did forget to disconnect the battery during install tho)After i first fired her up she idled normal and there was some serious power gains.
Now since day one the car seems to be driving stock for the first lets say 15 miles of driving and then all of a sudden I would feel the MREV+ and there is a substantial difference. Its as if the Mrev has an on/off switch and only goes on when it wants. Initially it wasn’t much of a gripe as i would warm up the car wait couple miles and would feel the power ..but lately i dont feel anything.. i thought my mind was playing tricks on me and the power was there but just got used to it. ..out of curiosity I did the technosquare ecu reset procedure last week and instantly felt the difference and know for SURE there is something wrong... because its a week later and again i find my self waiting 15-20 miles before im feeling any power..and my commute is about 20 miles =(
Should i reflash? ... reset the ecu every day lol or what? anyone else having this issue? I feel like with time the ecu adapts and returns the air/fuel back to stock ... and I really dont feel like spending another 500 bucks on a reflash just to get the power i should already have. Thanks
Sorry for the long post without picures
FYI i also did the 24 hour disconect the (-) terminal 3 days after install and i have a 05 35th anniv

i have similar problems, i`ve lost 26 WHP because of this issue i`m not gonna post a thread about the problem untill i re-torque my bolts and check for all leaks, reset the ecu then dyno again.
I did my install at my friend`s house when i take off the car really pulls me, 2nd days i drove the car, the car went crazy it dies, it takes time to pull too laggy

Does technosquare have a reflash for the revup yet?

it sounds ot me that the computer is catching up and dummying down your A/F
I feel similar with my headres+hfcs - initially it felt whicked fast, then 2-3weeks later it just feels fast (faster than stock, but not as fast as it used to)....so I end up resetting the ECU every month

Yeah, changes like that are the ECU. Its not necessarily the mods. It happens to fully stock cars too.
Bottom line. Our ECU's suck. Must get reflash or E.M. to counter act it.
