Default HKS Dual Ti-Exhaust

Hey I'm about to make a purchase on a used hks dual ti-exhaust and I wanted to know if the hks exhaust came with any aftermarket gaskets and if the stock gaskets are able to be used with the hks dual ti-exhaust, thanks!

HKS Ti came with 6 gaskets ( 2 for cat to y-pipe, 2 for y-pipe to mid pipe and 2 for mid pipe to mufflers)
You better off use 2 stock gaskets from cat to y-pipe since they are multi plate metal gaskets(better than HKS ones).
THe other 4 gaskets, you have to use HKS ones.

HKS do sell these separately but it probably take some times.
I believe dat 2 gaskets from cat to y-pipes are the same as mid to mufflers.
the other 2 (y-pipes to mid) are slightly bigger.

I bought mine used and it only came with 2 gaskets (y-pipe to mid-pipes). I used stock gaskets for cat to y-pipe and I found the other 2 (mid pipe to mufflers) from local muffler shops.

you should just buy it. Let me know, I can probably help you getting all the gaskets from a muffler shop in Costa Mesa right by 55 freeway (Dyer street)

Yes, HKS supplies them with gaskets. If you're buying it used, ask why he is not including the gaskets.

If not, you can go to an exhaust shop and buy gaskets from them, or have them make you gaskets.

You can buy them from HKS, but they are on back order. You for sure have to wait a while to actually get them.

My buddy has a shop in Westminster. He can do the exhaust installation for around $100 bucks.

This Thursday there is a meet, I'm thinking about going. It's been a long time since I've come out to a meet.

You dont need any special gaskets, Go to muffler shop and they have them, I have the exhasut and i got new ones and the shop gave me all new metal one. So go to a shop and ask for them to install.
