Default Lost Power!!!!

Most threads here deal with gains (as they should), well this topic is of the opposite nature.

I installed the Injen SES on my G 1 year ago (still love the sound vroooom!). Recently I noticed an exhaust leak sound whenever I opened the drivers door and thought the gasket between the CAT and the exhaust was leaking. I jacked the car up today ready to adjust and tighten the flange connections and look what I found! Must be all that spirited driving.

What do you guys think? Repair (weld) or replace?

What if the crack worsens and the 2 parts separate. Can the resonator fall and hurt my car or is there a pipe that extends inside the resonator?

I wonder how much power I'm losing . I can't wait to get it fixed .

Also for all you Houston riders, I need the name of a good muffler shop preferrably in the West/South West area (I live in Cinco Ranch). I want to get their opinion on welding this crack.

A muffler shop can re-weld that up for you no problem probably.

I highly doubt you'd be losing power with that small leak.

+1 on what alberto said, but any muffler shop should be able to weld it up.
