I assure you the only difference here is the daily mood of the respective ECU's.

Dont read beyond this point without first looking at the plots and making a decision

PS - the plot on the top is the Sedan. The only reason they have even a slight difference is the ECU temperment. They could just as easily switch roles the very next day.

Hmm, thanks for posting the plots... What affects ECU temperament?

That's the MILLION DOLLAR question.
There are many, many, many different input variables the ECU monitors.

yea. really we would probably need a day to go thorugh the amount of correction and variables lmao. Especially since the ecu in the the Z has been tuned so highly already from the factory. ....Hopefully when im done with my na mods ima get a utec and hopefully reach the mythical 300rwhp mark in my revup.

Intensepower.com was having a GB for the MREV2 + 5/16 ISO back it October which I passed on.... but then they had another GB for the same two items about 1 month ago. This time I jumped in and I now have the MREV2 and 5/16 ISO sitting in my basement. Unfortunately the car is in storage and I would like to do some before and after runs in the car during the spring. I'm hoping to satisfy the butt dyno this way.

Check with Darren at Intensepower.com to see if this GB is still happening.

I just installed my spacer and want to know if you guys that have JUST installed the spacer noticed a big difference?
Unfortunately I can't drive the Z until my left rotor arrives. I started it and rev'ed it, sounded slightly different as the RPM's came down close to idle.

My butt dyno is terrible. Lets say that the spacer adds 6 peak horsepower. No way can I feel a 2 percent change in power.

I noticed a difference when I installed the spacer on my non rev up, more top end hp, more torque. About 10 hp more. Felt great! Sounded great too!!

Default crank pulleys

It works because the crank pulley is lighter than the OEM one. There's less energy wasted turning the heavy OEM pulley so more power is available to the rear wheels. It works for sure.

The problem I have with these crank pulleys is they don't have a rubber/plastic damper like the OEM one. They're a solid piece of aluminum. Long-term durability of the crankshaft & bearings may be sacrificed because of lack of damper.

I thought about getting a light crank pulley off of Ebay cuz this one company makes one with a damper built in, but I wasn't familiar with the name of the company (their rep that is) so I didn't get it.

I installed the mrev and 5/16 spacer about a month ago and love it. Noticeable difference. Still waiting on my core refund for my stock lower collector though...

Plan is to add stillen dual exhaust and then ECU reflash.

I'm installing the Motordyne 5/16" spacer this week.
Will I need an ECU reflash now with all my other mods?

Its not answered in this thread but it has been in many others.

The Copper can be used in hot or cold climates, and is highly recommended for cold climates. In very cold climates, not only there is more benefit from it in the way of temperature reduction of the plenum, there are no valves to mess around with. ...But it costs a little more.

If you live in a place like Ca., Fl. or Tx. you rarely encounter cold temperatures anyways, so you can use the regular Iso Thermal and save a few bucks.

Either kit can be used in either climate.
The copper is easier with a set and forget installation, and has more potential but it costs more.

The regular Iso Thermal is a lower cost alternative.
