I have a 03 Z, 3 months ago nissan installed a new engine. I am not sure if it is Revup or Non.
I am looking for what combination of Mrev2 spacer and plenum would be the best gains for me. I already searched and found nothing but arguements between people and facts and crap basically. I know that I will need to get a new strut bar so that is not a problem. Will the mrev2 with a huge spacer and a new plenum be good for me or does the spacer make it that i will not need to get a plenum?
Also, I will SC it later this year, so will thiese mods work still or should i go with the kinetix ssv now. Plus, if I do get the intake done, should I retune. What gains am I looking at with a retune?

If I just go ahead and get the Mrev2 and the crawford plenum. That would be great, right? but for the spacer, what size would be the best for those two mods?
Search, there have been some dynos showing no significant gains adding a spacer to the MREV2 for the non-revup engines. I don't know about the Crawford plenum + MREV2 but are you willing to spend another $300 plus the cost of a new strut bar?

From what i piece together you want to run both the crawford plenum AND a 5-16th spacer? Just run the Mrev2 and the spacer/or crawford. Assuming that the crawford plenum is about the same volume as the 1/2in spacer, You'll see more topend gains, whereas the 5/16th spacer will yeild more area under the curve. Thats all good unless you have the revup.
No can you people not read?! Crawford plenum WILL NOT WORK with any spacer. You choose one or the other. In the case of a non revup motor like you have-Id choose the Crawford-if you dont mind losing/replacing the STB. If you want the stock bar do the 5/16" spacer.
If you have a Revup-do the MREV 2.
If you have a Revup-do the MREV 2.

I got Tony's opinion on the combination beforehand, and it seemed to be a toss-up, Crawford or APS. These plenums are the equivalent of a stock plenum + spacer.
