Question Hearing a slight squealing sound after jwt popcharger install. Is my Z OK?

hey guys I just installed a popcharger on my z. I'm hearing a slight squealing sound coming from it now. is this normal? I'm kinda paranoid cuz its my first upgrade and i did it myself. I also think I might have heard a clicking noise when i sloweed way down. Am I just freaking for no reason? Is this a common thing?

Are you sure it's not the sucking noise? Or do you mean squeeling like... a hot kettle?

You mean, a Deliverance type: "Squeal like a pig!" or more like a whistle at 3K RPM?

That's totally normal what you hear.

Its the sound of air rushing past a partially closed throtle body. It was always there, you just couldn't hear it with the stock box installed.

Oh man you installed it wrong...
The engine is screwed and your MPG is DEFINITELY going to go down the shietter. Especially after you get addicted to that new sound and keep flooring it all day long.

(It's completely normal newb!)

You mentioned that it clicks when you "slow way down". The click is the sound of throttlebody closing when you take your foot off the gas.

Its normal. You're just hearing more of everything that's already there.

I hate to sound like a noob but I truly am a noob, so try to be nice about it. I just installed the Popcharger today by myself. It's making some noise that I'm not sure if it is normal. Let me try to explain it. As mentioned before, it sounds sorta like air rushing into a tube. It also sounds like somebody is knocking on a wooden wall. Hmm.. the frequency goes faster when the car is rushing faster. When I slow down the car, I could clearly hear the "bub bub bub bub" noise. Well I guess that's because the exhaust quiet down when I slow down. So sounds like that noise is normal? My bigger concern is the rattle. Everytime I hear the "bub", I could actually feel a strong vibration. Is this normal?! Thanks in advance!

PS: I didn't want to drill the 2 holes in the plastic snorkel and so the heatshield isn't attached to the snorkel. Would that cause the rattling?
