Default Power flattens out at around Mids.

Zup People! I just recently installed a Borla TD and noticed a drop or a flattening out of my power band around the mid range area. Would a reflash be an appropriate fix for this? Or, is it just a trait of the catbacks. Sorry for the noob question.

What you notice and what is actually happening may be completely different. Cant tell much without a dyno chart.

A simple ECU flash is about $400. Custom dyno tuning is more expensive. I do not have a tune. My time slips are posted in the drag racing forum.

Wow! reflash is not cheap is it. I bet its not that hard to do if you have the right equiptment. Though i've never seen it done. But i guess thats the catch...having the right machines $$$$.

This question is best answered in the tuning forum but...

You pay a tuner about $400 plus $125/hour. Its expensive because their expertise is expensive. Tuning is not for the novice.
