I've been reading a "bit" about the plenum and the HP gains that come along with this. Question I have is does it make a diff if my car already has FI as far as adding this to the engine?

I would love to squeeze every bit of HP out of this engine without having to mess around with changing out stock internals.. is it worth it?

 

Can't hurt, get one and a good tune. If you don't have headers, high flow cats, cat back exhaust and a nice clutch/flywheel combo, those would help too.

 

if you're FI, it should help get a little more uniform airflow into cylinder 1 & 2 ... definitely can't hurt

 

As far as determining if my engine is a "Rev up motor", how would I tell?

And at this point, any recommendations on what Plenum I should buy?

 

No rev ups in '03 and '04 - easy enough.
