Cams are a ***** to install. I installed a set of nismo's on my maxima before i got my Z and it was no fun. Cams took me about 12 hours and this was with working on a rack. Headers are easy as far as being a straightforward process, but it can get very annoying with trying to deal with the confined spaces. The time for headers depends on how small your hands are.

^That makes no sense. Cam installations are different with every car. He could be a mechanic just trying to plan his day around a cam installation. I always research before attempting installations to learn from others.

with the 262 cams do i need a special ECU or piggyback to tune the cams ?
all i have is a afc neo at the moment, not sure but i think it can control the idle,
