I have no answer to your question but, is this the one you bought already?

I've looked quite a bit and have found none with holes for sensors on them. none of them have this, nismo, fujitsubo, tanabe,etc...

Why do you want holes in a Y-pipe?
What do you indend to do with the holes?

Why would the y-pipe have bungs? I do not know of ANY y-pipe that have means to do so, nor do i believe it is a good location for the stock o2 sensor or aftermarket wideband to be put there in the first place.

So no, JIC does not make a y-pipe for our cars with "holes"

Its looks to be JIC, but i'm perplexed why they would put bungs there.

Interesting photo. The ports have no useful purpose.

Just go to a hardware store and put some bolts in there.

Those bungs are pretty close to the cats. You could definitely put some wideband O2 sensors in there if you wanted. Or just have a shop weld them up.

I'll bet someone had them put in...

it's not that hard, you just buy the bungs, drill a hole, and have them welded
