Um, Keep tugging. Not much else you can do. Just try to keep moving around and pivoting yourself in different positions.

I sprayed it with WD-40, and that did not help. Are the top bolts this hard to get off?

Harder. There is an 'easier' way for the driver's side, but I rather not try to explain that over the internet.
Just keep wrenching. It'll break.

I even used my leg on the wrench, and this will not move.

I feel your pain. Just relax for a bit and go at it again. More WD40.

honestly, unless you have good tools, you will need air tools, good penatration grease, and special sockets to get the top bolts near the headers. WD40 won't work in this case. They are on there good.

My bolts came off easily, but another board member's (Datona Jess) were much more difficult to remove. Make sure the car is up high enough (we did it without a lift) so you have room to move around on a creeper. Try different ways to weave your arm up around to the top side of the cats. Use a combination of different length extensions and maybe a universal joint for the socket, especially for the driver side. A small pipe can be put over the wratchet handle for extra leverage.

I think we used both regular and deep well sockets, and a combination of 1 1/2" and 3" extensions, as well as a universal joint. Experiment with different combinations to get something that fits in the limited clearance. On the driver side I weaved my empty hand up through the suspension, then handed myself the ratchet with my other hand (it will make sense once you do it).

They'll come off -- just use some force. And liquid wrench isn't a bad idea either.

Edit: And how did you use your leg on the wrench? If you can't break loose the 'easy' nuts on the header end, you might need help. That one should come right off with a breaker bar (or wratchet and pipe).
