Well, came back home. The bar/restaurant they wanted to go to only had valet parking. Not letting valet touch the Z. Hell no. Now, about the software, my sister has both of them on disc, so she's coming tomorrow to let me install it on my comp. My friend might come by tomorrow morning as well, so I got 2 options. I really wanna get this thing uploaded already, so I can hear it better/louder on the computer speakers.

Today this Lambo (murcialago im pretty sure) came in, and some asshat stalled it 2 times and was riding the clutch so badly i cried in the car i was parking

Actually, I used valet one time with the Z. That night, my friend asked if I was at this certain hotel, because he saw a valet peeling out and then speeding off with a Z. I was at that hotel, but wasn't sure if it was mine and still haven't found out till this day if it was mine. I don't even like other people driving it, so, I if I have to park farther or pay more, I'll do it. Besides, when someone else drives my cars, they always feel weird or different after.

Well, no video yet. Both people didn't come thru. I have a 5 year old Macintosh and there's no way you can upload videos. Software is majorly outdated. I even talked to an Apple sales consultant/tech yesterday and he said the only way is getting the whole system upgraded to be able to use the separate 2006 photo/video software.

I know right. my strategy until I get it modified is cruising by cops in neutral and not getting above 3k... ever. unless I am fairly sure there are no cops around,

 

haha yeah, your Z looks pretty stock besides the exhaust. But wow its loud. So is it mild under 3k? Any drone? Sounds amazing for custom work.

OMG im not a big fan of single exhaust on a Z but holy **** that sounds godlike. Wanna share tubing muffler etc you used or are you gonna keep that from us . sounds great though man makes me think about going single if it will sound like that.

 

the car is undriveable... in person the car is 5x's louder than what it seems.

I used:

2.5 inch headers
2.5 inch test pipes
2.5 inlet Y pipe 3 inch outlet
3 inch y pipe back to muffler (as straight as possible)
to a 3 inch straight through 6.25 dia. Vibrant muffler with a 4 inch tip

if it were about 10xs quieter I would recommend this to anyone. I can't get it above 3k for fear of cops usually.

 

haha man, is the Z your daily? That would be a PAIN in the butt to deal with the cops everyday. How much did the custom work cost compared to most catbacks + headers today?

the whole setup cost me 450 so even though I have to go back and have a couple things refabricated more to my liking, I could basically redo the system almost three times and be under the cost of some Y pipe BACK systems!
