Plenum spacer question?
ok so guys with plenum spacers im looking to get a 5/16 motordyne plenum iv talked to the people and they offer 2 types
5/16" basic spacer kit
and the
5/16" iso thermal spacer
does the thermal kits help out alot or is it just a waste up a extra $50 ?

I personally didn't do any tests or temperature readings. I just used my hand to feel the plenum and see how hot it would get after some heat soak before and after installation. Not a very noticeable drop IMO. The plenum went from burning hot to just barely too hot for you to keep your hand on

5/16" iso thermal spacer is the best, i personally dont have it but i met a guy who had it. the engine is not hot as it should be. this is one of the mod where you will feel the gain..

I did a bunch of temp readings with the beta version... Data is on Driver somewhere... I have it on home computer but I'm not at home right now... the temps are definitely lower with the Iso Termal kit... if you want the data you can do a search on G35Driver... or I'll post here later if I remember...
