This is on a REVUP with bolt-on's and stock ECU.

You'll really like this one.

On my personal car with all crawford parts and a tune I made 263 at the wheels. With the milder cams, i moved up to 275. That is only peak numbers tho. The most impressive part is comparing the redline numbers where there was a much larger jump in power.

Sorry to see your results. I would be right there with you on being suspect of something, but I can tell you that the headers are solid performers.

Yeah...since the headers are already on, I'd like to try and get the gains out of them. Any suggestions on possible things that I could start checking that could be preventing the hp gains?

Update: I have replaced my cats with a brand new set of Crawford high-flow cats, and my exhaust with a Fujitsubo titanium exhaust, with a Megan y-pipe. So I am pretty close to your setup, VandyZ. I think the difference between your car and mine are: Big Bore TB, clutch/flywheel, and you have the TS ECU, I have the Uprev reflash.

The new exhaust is awesome sounding, but without doing another dyno, I can't tell if it's faster or not. If I get a chance, I'll try to do some more tuning with Jared on the dyno at Uprev. Any recommendations for tuning Air/Fuel and timing for best gains with Crawford headers are appreciated.

So to reiterate, here is my full set of engine mods:

JWT popcharger intake
Crawford V5 plenum
Crawford headers, jethot coated
Crawford high-flow cats (replacing gutted ones)
Megan y-pipe
Fujitsubo titanium exhaust
Uprev reflash & tuning

I definatley suggest waiting for cams. Mild to semi-aggressive cams can push 280whp on that setup. JWT S2 (i think those are the ones that fit the 287VQ) are would be a good chocie. I want headers and cams next
