it drones at 2k. before and after that is not as bad. one of my tips were really bad so i told XO2racing and i'm getting new ones next week.

 

you dont have to buy this one there are other ebay exhaust for are cars that sound good like the one i bought

Sounds like a FI car running straight pipes last clip did. every other clip sucked. y is this in this X02 thread again?

 

I dont see why it matters. If this 500$ Exhaust last 1 year and gives u hp and a sound u like then its no big deal bc theres not a huge investment

 

I have had mine for about 8 months now and have had no problems. Really like the sound and looks of it. Sometimes if I have to drive in a lot of rain and then the car dries I get a little surface rust, but it wipes off easily. I would be kicking myself if I spent over a grand for any other exhuast.

There are 20 pages just about, some insight as to where to look would be helpful.

 

Start around page 17.

As you can see they lied about the construction and then never backed a warranty claim. They gave people the run around and continued to sell these non SUS-304 exhausts.

It's false advertising and you get no warranty.

 

Maybe you don't mind wasting money and being lied to.

But for the people here that do, read that thread, starting around page 17 and see how a company lies about its product's construction and then magically denies everybody's warranty claims.

For thouse of you who would be paying labor to install/uninstall this piece of crap...factor in those few extra $$$$ and realize you can buy something that will actually last for almost the same.

 

lol it sounds like crap right now because i was on the high way and a rock or something went up under the car and hit one of the pipes and the bolts losened up i got to get under the car again with the impact gun

 

I've had the xo2 for almost 2 years and i just polish it once in a while and there's no rust on mine. I do live in tx tho so not much rain and salt on roads.

 

Its already been discussed about 3 dozen times that ppl who live up north, where road salt is a common occurance should avoid the XO2 exhaust, unless their Z only see's pretty days. Granted no one yet knows if the ebay exhaust will do the same...But I'm assuming it will...due to the $$.
