Default aftermarket throttle body options

Hi All,

I was just wondering if there is anyone that makes a bigger throttle body for our cars? I have a 2006 nissan 350z NON REVUP, and I saw that Pro-Flow can bore the stocker out 2mm, but I wanted to know if anyone actually made a new bigger TB?

Thanks in advance.

yes, but u will need more than just the tb to get it running (drive by wire issue, tuning, etc)

Top secret. expensive, not worth it, not a simple bolt on

The topsecret throttle body is as generic as you can get. Its not made specifically for ours cars so its not what the OP is looking for. You don't have to go to top secret to get a generic throttle body.

yes Kwame u r right. $1200 is really expensive for a generic larger throttle body--Top Secret should be ashamed of themselves, lol:

you will need a larger MAF housing, intake tube and custom tune. Its been done before. I thought of doing this myself but it's not worth the cost. I looked into a Larger MAF housing from an M45 (80mm) $260.00 and according to Infinity our sensor should plug right in. Also the M45 uses a drive by wire throttle body which I would assume is also larger but don't know for sure over $400.00. At this rate so far you could go with nitrous or a 4.083 final drive plus install, and you would enjoy the performance gains by far. If you are rich then who cares do what you want it's your car and your money.

I would like to ask how you have an 06 that isn't a Rev-up?

Again it's been discussed before.

There are people making 1000+ WHP with the stock throttle body, there is no need for a larger one.
