You might be able to. I think it said somewhere that there is a cat that can be placed after the Y pipe which would hopefully allow you to pass emissions. I think he said it takes about 10 minutes to switch the cat and the resonator.

Yes, a highflow metal cat clamps into place of the resonator.

Yes, its a little louder (and raspier if your exhaust is prone to rasp) compared to the resonator and its 4 HP lower than the straight pipe or resonator.

Stainless is already to go. I have been figuring on most people wanting the colorfull Ti so I've been waiting on fabrication of more Ti parts.

What exhaust are you running now?

Not that it bothers me at all, but did you plan to extend the post-cat O2 sensor wiring somehow? Or is that not in scope for this product?

I've got an Osiris reflash that eliminates CELs related to the sensors so not really worried about it. I'm also thinking this cat won't work with your dual pipe FI exhaust, so... (wish I could delete this post - ha!)

I've got a Tanabe Y pipe too, it cracked, along with the pipe going into my muffler. I'm done with Tanabe.

what sort of gains will be seen with the XYZ Pipe installed with ALL stock components?

I am thinking keep the stock cats and axle back exhaust, but add the xyz pip and resonator.

Not really worth it. Exhaust is all about flow. Your stock setup will have bottlenecks before and after the XYZ pipe

I've certaintly considered it but have yet to see a significant advantage to doing that. The nonfoulers do that quite nicely. And if they don't, I have a different solution for them.

But it will never the less be easy to put them in.

Tony
PS and yes. This cat is not compatible with the dual 3" exhaust.
