hehei will also add a full write up
it looks very well made tho...
I was wanting to get this intake a few months back when there was a thread going on somewhere regarding the install, which had a pic of it installed. If I remember correctly, you have to provide a means to pull air after the snorkel, ppl where using something that looked like a laundry duct to pull air from about the position the Injen does. Anyhow that'd be awsome if it could make 10rwhp, I'd plop down 6 bens for that kinda power

I reckon it is possible to have around 13 hp (might not be the rear wheel HP) gained...
As I was a ex euro e36 3.2L m3 owner and remember that AC Schnitzer prodivded a CF airbox system which would add ony 23 HP engine HP with the price of 12K US... also recall that K&N provides such a kit and will roughly cost around 600US dollars as well...
This setup might just work as well as the "airbox" that I saw previous for the m3s... that MIGHT work equally well in our N/A engine.
cheers,
richie

I don't know how it could make that much power over a well made stock airbox. Injen and AEM are not even in that ballpark. GruppeM is a good company as far as I know from research, and I remember the install thread that was mentioned.
The intake looked cool installed, but it looked like it drew air into the filter box through a piece of orange heating duct.

There is a pic of it installed and an install diagram (in japanese) posted.
I'll probably just go AEM or NISMO since there does not appear to be anything substantially different IMO that is going to warrant significant gains from this setup.
