Default righthand drive vs. lefthand drive

oh guys.. here one question that i could not find the answer here. need the views and opinions from u guys..

i own a righthand side Z..the questions is: can i use the stuffs such as catback exhaust, headers, intake kits that are made for lefthand drive Z. will they fit into my Z?

i wanted to buy an exhaust frm the US.will they be a problem installing the exhaust for my Z? do i need to modify the piping or anything to use the exhaust?

whats the difference between the lefthand drive Z and the lefthand drive Z apart from its steering wheel.lols. is the engine, gearbox placement difference?

cheers,
dilly.

only issues is headers because of the steering. the rest is the same. and since the car is a rear wheel drive, there is only one way the engine can go into the engine bay so you do not have to worry about that

I have a related question if anyone could shine some light on it; are the chassis between LHD and RHD identical, or do the RHD use a unique chassis compared to the LHD?

what do you mean by "unique chassis" ? as far as i know the car is the same, just the interior stuff and the steering shaft is switched. I am sure that Nissan did not make two different chassis (would not be cost effective to do so)

Some cars, not specifically Z cars, but other manufacturer models have had specific firewalls for LHD and RHD. It's just something I was wondering.

im not 100% positive but I wouldnt be surprised if it had a different firewall, but there aren't too many parts related to the firewall so I would worry.
