Hi tech exhaust system out.......
In case you guys haven't seen this (I know I hadn't til today), this exhaust system info is hidden over on the austrailan regional forum. Here is a link: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=38121
They have dynos showing the increases in kW. The conversion to HP says that these dyno sheets are showing gains of 22-24 rwhp for this exhaust. Obviously, this is the most from any exhaust out there right now, and it is worth everyone taking a look at it, at least.

Not to mention that those numbers better be SAE corrected, or at least STP corrected. It is currently late winter in Australia, and depending on location, the ambient temp could be quite cold, there by increasing the gains.

Sorry but no exhaust is going to give you even 20rwhp unless it includeds headers and off road pipes. exhaust alone no way. just think about it. don't you think high tech company's like greddy and hks would not find these lost gains

You better tell the 3 OZ 350z owners who baught the exhaust that. They seem to be convinced by the dyno sheets in front of them.
lol at the post about winter.... what winter? Dunno if it even snowed in the mountains it's been so bloody warm. Sydney has been 6-8deg above average this winter.

They are claiming a 20% increase in HP !!!
Not bad , I wonder if they were also the originator of the tornado air swirling intake thing

I think the biggest thing is to get one of these on a US car, and dyno it before and after. If they prove the power to be right, then their sales could be huge.
Those gains have been proven by some dynos, more than what can be said about other exhausts.

Wait, I think I have found something on the difference in our cars: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=13644
If it is true, the reason for the Aussies decrease from the US version is the exhaust cause they would have strictier standards than us. If this is the case, then there is your reasoning for this exhaust helping them more than it helps US cars.

As I know, those owners have already dynoed their cars before and after the exhaust... and it seems that they all produce the same gain on different dynos (one in melbourne and one in sydney)... which is around 15 to 18rwKW.... converting that to HP will be around 20.4rwHP to 25rwHP... so better believe that!

Z350Lover, not saying that I don't believe it at all. But from the trend I posted above, the stock exhausts for the Aussie Z seem to be more restrictive than the stock exhausts for the US Z for emission purposes.
If this is true, then there maybe more power to be gained by exhaust mods to Aussie Zs. Just a theory though.

The Jap 350z and the Aussie one are one and the same.
So yes that could be where the 7 kw difference exists (214kw US vs 207 JAP/OZ). But in all fairness to Hi-tech they pulled out an extra 18kw out of the Oz spec car.
So even if you remove the extra 7kw from a base US model you are still way ahead.
I do believe there are a few US guys going for the group buy so we should see some dynos to prove this anyway.
In the end Hi-tech are giving the group buy a 30 day money back guarantee if we don't get what we were told we would.
I guess that kinda think works if you are local. Maybe you guys in CA want to look at this and talk to the local guy in the US.
give them a call

Just thought I would post considering I have this system in question!!!
Exhaust sounds awesome - link has been posted previously.
As for power claims, 3 people with nothing to do with the exhaust shop got pretty much the same power on 3 different dyno systems.
Also posted previously, these guys got better power from their system vs Ford Motorsport on a new car out here in Australia.
Top systems, top quality, top sound and great prices! They apparantly now have headers.....have to go for a look at that.
